Our online portal allows the digital management of special diets. Parents and carers can register their child on this super-efficient platform that, sends notifications and reminders to track the progress of your application. It’s easy to use and benefits all the parties involved in the provision of school meals; schools, parents/carers and us as your school’s caterer.

All of our menus are nut-free; this means all children with nut allergies can enjoy a school lunch without their parent or carer having to register for a special diet on the portal.

Before starting your application, ensure you have the following:

  • The latest medical evidence of your child’s allergies, intolerances or SEN requirements

  • Your child’s school, class name and their year group.

  • A recent passport style photo of your child

  • Details of your child’s dietary requirements
